Average I like the calorie and protein count on this powder, however, it doesn't mix well in my shaker cup. November 7, 2012

a quality product With Jay Robb you know you are getting quality. I switched from unflavored whey to unfl. egg when I became intolerant to dairy. The taste is not as good; however, I find the stevia products too sweet. I buy a bag unfl. and a bag flav. of whey for my son and mix the two for his smoothies. For me I take a scoop of just the unfl. egg and put it with 1. c. coconut milk, 2 c. water, 2 c. baby spinach, 2 tbsp. flaxseed ground, 1 tbsp. chia seeds, 1 c. wild blueberries, 1 c. raspberries or cherries and run it through my blendtec twice on smoothie setting. It is fantastic and is my pre-exercise a.m. meal then post exercise meal, I divide it in 1/2. And gives me veggies, seeds, fiber, fruit and satisfaction. June 22, 2012
