Jovial 100% Organic Einkorn All-Purpose Flour -- 2 lbs
Great to use healthier flour, but a bit expensive
Using this for an organic muffin recipe which makes me feel better than using overprocessed, conventional flour. The price is worth the peace of mind if that is what you're looking for. Ordered it again because it goes quickly when the baking is this good!

Easy to bake with
I like to use this for overnight soaked pancakes and Irish soda bread. It's delicious and I've definitely converted.

Tasty and light and super nutritious
As the package says, "A healthy alternative to modern wheat."
Jovial Einkorn all-purpose organic flour has a silky texture (because most of the germ and bran have been removed) and is rich in the antioxidant lutein. It is nutritious because it has never been hybridized. Be aware that because Einkorn flour is very, very light, that your favorite recipes might not bake the same way. If that happens, experiment by using half Einkorn and half another organic flour you are fond of and see what happens. In addition, you might also have to adjust your wet ingredients. You can definitely taste the difference between Einkorn wheat flour and other organic flours. Einkorn is a lot tastier and doesn't leave your gut feeling full, and like you have to go off and take a nap. Definitely try it. It's price means you get what you pay for - a quality organic product that is good for your body. Makes super delicious foccacia!

This flour tastes great!
I am newish to the world of bread machine bread-making, and have been experimenting with different types of flour. I really like all of the loaves I add this flour to since it gives it such great texture and taste.

tasty and highly digestible
So glad to see this being sold here now. Nobody sells it locally (not the pre-ground flour) and Amazon's price is ridiculous. I never buy regular flour anymore. It tastes good and handles well, and although I'm not trying to go gluten-free, my body seems to really prefer this undeveloped original wheat to the modern stuff. Try it!
