Natrol Melatonin Time Release -- 1 mg - 90 Tablets
The Time Release Advantage
Melatonin helps us off to sleep, mimicking what the pineal gland secretes when the lights are turned off, but is no guarantee for keeping us asleep for 6-8 hours. So using a time release product
gives us a slight advantage, or more for some some of us who are less anxious, worrisome, etc., for a longer period of restfulness, at least in theory! (which is why other aids like Magnesium, Calcium,
Vit. D, nervines like Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, Valerian, Hops, etc.
and "calmatives" like Theanine, 5HTP, all contribute to a soothing
nighttime "cocktail," rather than relying on a single remedy...
And while one milligram of Melatonin is a "conservative" dose in the eyes of those who believe "more is better," I think it's sufficient for many of us.

I used it only a couple of times and it helped me to have a good night sleep.

It works for me
The 1mg pills work very well for me. I was specifically looking for a time-release version to stay asleep a bit longer as I tend to wake up a bit too early (3-4 am).
I recommend this product hoping they keep the quality up there.

I used to take 3 mg melatonin which would leave me with a sort of a hangover the next day. Then I tried 300 mcg which wasn't effective unless I took 2 of them. So I switched to 1 mg... perfect.

Highly recommend this product. Time release melatonin is much better than non-time release, as it helps you to fall asleep and stay asleep, rather than wearing off after a couple of hours.
