"I purchased this particular Triphala product because it is organic. It has a mild laxative effect, and it helps me fall back to sleep more easily when I wake up at night. It also sometimes helps me remember my dreams. I sometimes take Valerian to help me sleep, and the effect seems somewhat similar."
