Set up well!
I used Pomona's for my cherry jam this year. Love the fact that I can adjust the sugar to suit our families tastes, instead of the overly sweet, sugar heavy pectin that you normally buy. It was pretty runny when I ladled it into the jars, and I was nervous that it was going to remain runny, but the next morning I was pleased to see that as it cooled it had set up very nicely. Will be using it again in the future.

It takes a few days for it to set the jelly, then when it does its still runny. But hardens in the fridge nicely. Then turns back runny when out of the fridge for a while. I would still recommend it tho b/c of the health values of no chemicals and less sugar. The jelly taste like the fruit instead of like sugar. And I dont want my kids eating so much sugar. Will keep stocked and using it.

Loved this pectin
My daughters and I made 77 half pints of strawberry freezer jam in just a few hours! It was amazing to watch the jam “set-up” without much sugar! Trust me—this pectin has become a staple in our pantry from now on.

best product for making low sugar jams!!
I have used a low sugar commercial gelling product that you buy in the grocery store but was never satisfied with it, so I started making my jams without any pecting which is a very long process. I decided to try this out and LOVE it! I've used this to make blueberry, cherry, peach, and apricot jams and marmalades and each time it comes out terrific and is SO much easier. I also love that it is all natural without adding chemicals to my jams. Excellent product!
