Not sure... I think this product is probably effective, and the Lycine (plus other ingredients) are also good for you if you suffer with cold sores, but it left me with bad body odor (from all the garlic). It says it is deodorized garlic, but that made no difference in my case. I just can't use it and be close with the hubby, it definitely changes my body chemistry. February 10, 2013
