love thes dried soybeans I use these in my soups to provide extra protien and fiber in my 13 year old sons diet and also mine and these work out very well.I soak them overnight and then cook them with broth some vegs and lentil to make a great soup that only takes a couple of hours to cook. The soybeans seem to adapt in flavor to what ever you use to flavor them with and they are a real hardy bean like chickpeas which I cook with these beans with also and these two work together well.Yes they are pricey but the quality is worth it in my opion and these are great for your health and your kids health so price becomes a mute point.
