Best size capsule
I buy this brand because it provides the smallest capsule I have been able to find of an absorbable Mg. Most Mg supplements are either hard huge tablets or very large capsules. These are small enough for my son to take. You can always take multiples if needed. One thing that irks me is that Vitacost does not provide the capsule/tablet size on it's products! It is not that hard to source and provide that info. There is no way to determine it unless you buy it. Some products are hard and huge.

best i've used
I've used alot of different brands of Magnesium Citrate like Now Foods, Natural Factors, etc. This is the best value and seems to work the best for me. High quality.
