These are a great product - they taste great, don't get mushy - anyone can eat them and enjoy them and they are organic. You can't miss with this pasta

Overall it's very good, just like regular pasta.
noticed that when pasta salad sits for a few days it gets kind of tacky.
Will try cooking just enough to eat at that meal.

Best Alternative to Wheat
The Tinkyada pastas are the closest to wheat pasta of all I have tried. They do not get pasty or fall apart. The texture is very close to al dente wheat pasta, and it keeps well in the refrigerator for later heat-up.

No flavor - hard to cook
I find it needs a lot of spice and flavor added to it to find any flavor at all. All the onions and green peppers in a traditional chop suey didn't flavor this pasta. It does not cook evenly. Some elbows start to get mushy others are very tough.

I'm trying to make healthier choices for my family so I thought I'd try this pasta. I'm so glad I did. I honestly can't tell a difference! The cooking directions are a little different from traditional pasta but easy enough. I will continue to buy this over traditional pasta from now on.
