Trace Minerals Research Ionic Magnesium -- 400 mg - 2 fl oz
Super beneficial. Tastes pretty bad but not bad enough that you can't pound it. I actually had been putting it in my morning water with apple cider vinegar and the mag cancels out the sourness of the ACV and the ACV cancels out how un-pallettable the mag is. I think I stumbled onto the secret! My two year old will even drink it. Mag is amazing, and Trace Minerals is a trusted brand among magnesium advocates.

It's working well.
I first tried this in coffee. It was terrible. Then I tried it in orange juice. It was a lot better. Didn't taste the liquid that much. Then soda. Better. I tried it with tea. The tea was terrible like the coffee. Milk. No. Please, only use this in soda, or any kind of juice so that you don't have to taste the magnesium. The reason why most people don't like this product is because they probably just put it in their mouth alone. Please do not do that. And the reason why they also don't like it is because they probably put it in water. Do not do that either. The flavor is bad. You have to mix it in soda or any kind of juice. Or any soft food like oatmeal or cream of wheat. But anyways, it does work well. I am feeling a whole lot better.

Exactly what it says
We don't get enough trace minerals in our diets. While this product tastes awful by itself, the bottle tells you to mask its flavor by mixing it with food. I haven't tasted it at all when mixed in yogurt, and I'm giving my body the minerals it needs.
