Awsome I've been drinking the Smooth Move teas for years now. I absolutely HATE the taste of the teas but I kept drinking them because they were so effective. I was SOOOOO glad to see they came out in pill form so I didn't have to drink those awful teas anymore! This product is awesome. I take 2 pills before bed and the next morning I have a "smooth move". I don't get cramps or stomach pains like other laxatives I've tried. Love this product!!! October 12, 2012

Traditional Medicinals Smooth Move® SENNA Directions

Take preferably at bedtime or as directed by a doctor. Swallow capsules with a glass of water.
Adults and children 12 years of age or older: 2 to 4 capsule, once to twice a day. Children 6 to under 12 years: 1 to 2 capsules, once to twice a day.
Children 2 to under 6 years: ½ to 1 capsule, once to twice a day.
Children under 2 years: consult a doctor.

Do not use laxative products for longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor.
