colon care I was looking for Twinlab Colon Cleanse which I used about 12 years ago. That product produced results within about 4-5 hours. Twinlab colon care seems to be a product which requires at least 2 daily doses to produce results. It also does not seem provide the complete clearing of the colon when compared to the former product. Using the colon cleanse I could tell that my colon was definitely completely emptied. Colon Care is OK but I would really like to find Colon Cleanse somewhere. February 5, 2013

A Gentle All-Natural Fiber Supplement with Acidophilus & Bifidus

Twinlab Colon Care is a gentle, all-natural fiber supplement with beneficial probiotics that helps to support a healthy colon and intestinal tract. Fiber helps to keep the gastrointestinal system functioning smoothly; each serving of Colon Care provides 5 grams of natural psyllium husk fiber, which is much gentler on the system than bran. This formula also contains high quality, stable strains of the friendly microorganisms acidophilus and bifidus, which help to maintain the delicate balance of microflora in the digestive tract. Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one serving daily or as directed. Simply add two rounded tablespoons (22.8 g) to 8 fluid ounces of water. Stir and serve. An additional glass of water is helpful. Notice: This product should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough fluid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
