Prefer the liquid I bought this because I typically drink acv mixed with juice everyday for digestion and immunity, and I thought this would be an easier and cheaper way to do that. I do think it helps with digestion, but I'm not sure I've gotten the immune support I get when I actually drink it. I also don't get the benefit of using my acv/juice as a breakfast drink.
