Armed with just a skillet, you can cook up juicy chicken breasts (sprinkled with a secret dusting of gluten-free biscuit mix to seal in the flavor) and a heaping helping of healthy broccolini. Ingredients

2 organic chicken breasts, pounded thin
¼ cup gluten free biscuit mix
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ cup organic olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
8 ounces broccolini
Juice of half lime
