  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  2. In large bowl, beat eggs, then add vinegar. Slowly stir in almond flour, baking powder and vegan cheese to create dough.
  3. Lightly oil your hands and shape dough into approximately 14 rolls. Arrange rolls on baking sheet.
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until tops are a golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. (Note: Bake to your preference whether that’s a crisp or soft crust.)
  5. Freeze leftovers and reheat with a damp cloth to restore softer rolls.
