  1. Reverse sear beef. Start by smoking it until internal temperature reaches 115 degrees F for optimal tenderness and flavor.
  2. Heat iron skillet over medium-high heat and add beef fat. Once hot, sear smoked beef until it develops golden, caramelized crust. Set aside to rest.
  3. Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and mix with butter and scrambled egg yolk.
  4. Gently stir sauce into buttered noodles, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. In medium skillet, sauté broccoli with butter until tender and lightly browned.
  6. In serving bowl, add sliced beef, noodles, sautéed broccoli top with red pepper and sesame seeds, if desired.
