Ingredients
Optional: 1/4 cup mini white chocolate chips
Gingerbread Spice Mix
  • 2 Tbsp. each ground ginger, cinnamon, allspice
  • 1 Tbsp. each ground nutmeg, cloves
Instructions
  1. In small mixing bowl, combine everything except chocolate chips, adjusting sweetness with molasses and maple syrup to taste.
  2. Fold in mini white chocolate chips, if desired.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
