Ingredients
Spicy Thousand Island dressing
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In large, deep baking dish, arrange corned beef. Add enough water to just barely cover meat; cover with foil. Cook 2 to 4 hours (1 hour per pound).
  3. In small bowl, mix together ingredients for Thousand Island dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Thinly slice meat.
  5. On each bun, add dressing, sauerkraut, sliced corned beef and swiss cheese. Once all sliders are assembled, return to oven until cheese is melted.
