Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted and unseasoned bone broth or water
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. dried mint or 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. dried parsley or 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 chlorophyll capsules 100 mg, opened with powder poured out
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
Optional
- 2 Tbsp. honey
Instructions

Place ice cube trays or silicone molds onto cookie sheet for stability and transport.

In blender, combine all ingredients and pulse until smooth.

Into molds, evenly distribute mixture.

Freeze until hard set, about 3-4 hours.
