Ingredients
Salad
  • 2 hearts romaine chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper chopped
  • 2 Persian cucumbers chopped
  • 5 small radishes or 1 large watermelon radish, sliced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
  • ½ large red onion thinly sliced
Dressing
Instructions
  1. In emulsion blender, blend all dressing ingredients and blend about 20 seconds to combine.
  2. In salad serving bowl, combine vegetables, pour on dressing and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle with additional sumac before serving.
