Ingredients
French Toast Base
Optional Crumble Topping
Cream Cheese Glaze
Instructions
  1. Place broken pieces of bread in large bowl and set aside.
  2. In separate bowl, mix eggs, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon and yogurt.
  3. Pour egg mixture over bread and mix until all pieces are covered.
  4. Add bread to casserole dish, cover and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
  5. Meanwhile, make the topping. Mix all topping ingredients together until they are well incorporated.
  6. Right before baking, spread topping over the bread mixture.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F 35-40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool at room temperature. Before serving, top with fresh berries and drizzle cream cheese glaze over it.
  9. Serve warm. Store in airtight container for 2-3 days.
