Ingredients
Optional: Dark chocolate chips, toasted almonds or sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Oil or butter baking dish.
  2. In medium bowl, combine flour and salt.
  3. In separate bowl, mix butter, eggs, monk fruit and vanilla.
  4. Slowly sift flour mixture into wet mixture. Add tahini and mix until a smooth consistency.
  5. Pour batter into prepared baking dish and back 20-30 minutes.
  6. Test doneness with toothpick in center. If toothpick is clear, blondies are ready.
