Instructions
  1. In Instant Pot, sauté sweet potato in olive oil for five minutes.
  2. Add garlic and spices. Pour in chicken broth, chicken and raisins.
  3. Set to soup setting for 12 minutes and place lid on pot to set valve to closed.
  4. Using an oven mitt to protect your hand or a long spoon, carefully open valve to let out steam.
  5. Ladle soup into bowls and top with cilantro before serving.
