  1. In pan over medium heat, warm a little coconut oil. Add apples and cinnamon. Mix well and cook 3-5 minutes. Set to aside.

  1. In bowl, combine all pancakes ingredients and mix well. Slowly add additional milk as needed until batter consistency is reached.
  2. In large skillet over medium heat, warm a little coconut oil. Pour in pancake batter about 1/4 cup at a time. Cook 1 minute per side.
  3. To serve, stack pancakes and top with sautéed apples, yogurt and syrup.
