Instructions
  1. In small saucepan over medium heat, heat oat milk to boil, stirring.
  2. In blender, combine espresso, pumpkin puree, maple syrup or brown sugar, hot oat milk and pumpkin spice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve in mug or glass and top with dairy-free whipped cream, if desired.

Tip: For a low-caffeine or caffeine-free latte, use strong decaf coffee or herbal coffee alternative.
