Pumpkin spice butter

Instructions
  1. To make pumpkin butter, use large mixing bowl and add softened butter. Use electric hand mixer to whip butter for about 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix for 1 more minute until fluffy. Set aside.
  2. Heat large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add all ingredients for dredge to square baking dish. Mix well with whisk.
  4. One by one, add slice of bread to dredge and coat well.
  5. Add tablespoon of butter to skillet. Once melted add bread to hot pan. Cook for 2 minutes then flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove when golden brown.
  6. Top with whipped butter, pumpkin seeds and maple syrup.
