  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In medium-sized bowl, whisk eggs. In separate medium-sized bowl, combine flour, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken tenders with whisked egg, then flour mixture.
  4. On prepared baking sheet, set chicken tenders evenly and bake 15 minutes. Flip tenders and continue to bake for another 15 minutes.
