Instructions
  1. Gently toss together mango, avocado, tomato, lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and cilantro. Cover; chill until ready to serve.
  2. In medium pan, submerge salmon flesh-side down into marinade. Let sit at room temperature 20 minutes.
  3. Heat grill about 500 degrees. Oil salmon skin to prevent sticking.
  4. On pre-soaked wood plank or foil, place salmon skin-side down. Grill 10 to 15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F and salmon flakes easily with fork.
  5. Remove from heat; let rest. Serve with mango salsa.
