Red Grapefruit Mint Mocktail with Kombucha

Ingredients
  • 5 oz. fresh-squeezed red grapefruit save 1 or 2 slices for garnish
  • 1 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 5 5 oz. peach kombucha or ginger lemon kombucha or flavor of choice
  • 5 oz. sparkling water
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup or 1-1/2 tsp. organic cane sugar
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
  1. To cocktail stirring glass or small pitcher, add red grapefruit juice, lime juice, kombucha and maple syrup and stir well to combine.
  2. Fill two or three glasses with ice and pour with equal amounts of mixture.

  3. Top off each glass with sparkling water, stir to combine and garnish with mint leaves and slice of grapefruit.
