Ingredients
  • 1 lb salmon filets
  • 1/2 cup roasted cashews, crushed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 tostada shells
  • 1 cup broccoli slaw
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
Crema:
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  2. Add salmon to baking dish, then press cashews onto fillets and sprinkle with garlic powder.

  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes (until fillets are cooked through).

  4. Allow salmon to cool, then chop into chunks.

  5. Combine crema ingredients.

  6. Top tostada shells with broccoli slaw, salmon, remaining toppings, and crema.
