  1. In blender, combine milk, caramel, protein powder and sea salt; blend until frothy. For a hot latte, heat milk first.
  2. In tall glass half-filled with ice, pour in coffee. Top with milk. Garnish with dash of sea salt, caramel drizzle and whipped cream, if desired.
