Instructions
  1. In large bowl, combine oats, acai powder, chia seeds, strawberries and almonds.
  2. In blender or food processor, process dates into a sticky paste.
  3. In saucepan on stove or in microwave-safe dish in microwave, melt together cashew butter, honey and coconut oil.
  4. Add cashew butter mixture and date paste to dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Line 9x9-inch pan with parchment, and pour mixture into pan; press down firmly to compact ingredients.
  6. Freeze 1-2 hours. Slice into rectangles. Refrigerate or store on countertop in airtight container up to five days.
