Uncle Crumbles did it again—straight from his top-secret underground granolaboratory comes his simplest, yet most sophisticated creation yet: Rolled Oats. These oats are the trusted foundation of every batch of Uncle Crumbles granola, now ready to become the foundation of your next culinary adventure.
Stovetop: bring 1 cup water and a dash of salt (optional) to a boil. Add 1/2 cup oats and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 3-6 minutes until softened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, place in your favorite bowl (caution: product and bowl will be hot) and garnish with fruit, nuts, brown sugar, or your own culinary concoctions. (serves 1).
Overnight Oats: Combine 1/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats, 1/2 cup dairy of choice, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, and your choice of fruit, sweetener, and/or spices in a jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight for 8hrs. Enjoy your creation the next day! (Serves 1).
