Instructions
  1. In mason jar, combine all ingredients.
  2. Seal and shake thoroughly to combine.
  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, then shake once more.
  4. Place back in fridge and let sit for 10-15 minutes longer to allow chia seeds to thicken into spoonable pudding.
  5. To serve, top with desired toppings and enjoy.
