  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In large bowl, mash cooked sweet potato.
  3. Stir in almond butter, maple syrup and cocoa powder. Combine well. Stir in 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
  4. Into large baking dish, pour batter and bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool.
  5. In saucepan, melt 1/4 cup chocolate chips, then spread evenly on cooled brownies. Top with a sprinkle of sliced almonds and a pinch of sea salt.
