"Okay, let's face it. I'm 60 years old and wear dentures. I have never had much luck with them, always painful, resulting in a sore here, and blister there. How annoying. But I talked to my doctor about this, and he told me that L-Lysine was an amino acid that would help keep my gums healthy, and is not usually found in multi-vitamins. So, since I have bought this supplement, I really can notice the absence of painful sore spots when I wear my dentures for an extended period of time. It works, and I would use anything that would alleviate the effects of even new dentures. Give it a try and see if it works for you."

"The ingredients and effectiveness as well as the quality are great; like most NSI supplements. However, these pills are really big, very hard (unlike a capsule or soft-gel) and can be difficult to swallow and you have to take 3 of them for one dose."
