"I wish I could give this two thumbs up, but I can't. Made this as large-size cupcakes with chocolate frosting. The cake was moist, but not very sweet--more like a muffin. The choco frosting really helped the taste. I would recommend using the Namaste Perfect Flour blend and following your favorite cake recipe. You might have to bake it a little extra."
