A Very Nice Sweetener!!! I just finished my breakfast of 2 rice cakes with almond butter and this luscious syrup. It has a semi-thick consistency and a lovely caramel color. It is not as sweet as raw honey my favorite sweetener, but just sweet enough. It is VERY thick so it is economical, as a little goes a long way. I have only used it as a topping for my almond butter, but I like it so much, that I will begin experimenting with it in cooking. April 13, 2013
