Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Dark Brown Sugar -- 24 oz
Organic Dark Brown Sugar is great in yogurt. I love to make my yogurt. I can have it for snacks, breakfast... lunch, you name it. I like it with a bit of sweetening. I tried using molasses, but that's tricky to pour in the right amount.
This dark brown sugar is a bit moist, so I transferred it into an empty goat milk can with a tight lid. The moisture is just exactly the right amount of molasses. And, molasses is heavy in nutrients, like potassium.
If you don't need a dry sugar, this is perfect. You'll LOVE it.

Fantastic for cooking or baking
I used this brown sugar to make a glaze on my ham at Easter. It was delicious. it mixed well with the other ingredients and was actually easier to work with than the non-organic sugar I had used in the past- mainly because it doesn't have the same drying out and clumping problem as the other stuff. Although that may be due to the type of packaging, it doesn't matter to me, because it still makes it a superior product.

A bit too heavy on the molasses.

This is the only kind of sugar we use. This rich, dark sugar is so much more flavorful than white or lighter sugars that are refined. Do not store this sugar in a hard container, as it settles and can become difficult to spoon out.

I've had a hard time getting my husband to switch to brown sugar but he loves this organic dark brown sugar. It's sweeter than white or light brown sugar (so you need less) with an almost molasses taste. SWEET!
