Great.....
A nice alternative to taking pills. Seems to be a good company!!

Mg is required for over 500 enzymes that regulate sugar metabolism, energy production, cell membrane permeability, and muscle and nerve conduction. Liquid form of Mg is easier and faster for body's absorption.

tastes awful!
I can't attest to the effectiveness of this, as it's taste is too awful for ME to continue taking it. I tried it twice. Once with water, once with juice.

No unnecessary ingredients
This is just magnesium chloride and water. Even though the taste is very strong, I prefer to use this rather than magnesium pills because there are no side-effects from the added fillers in pills. It needs to be refrigerated after you open it.

Bitter bitter bitter
Lemon or lime juice makes it taste like bitter lemon or lime which I highly recommend since it's a little more tolerable than bitter orange juice. I'm a good eater and my range is very broad when it comes to taste, but I never thought I would dislike a taste this much. If you really believe that taking magnesium will improve your health, this one is the one to take, I tried a pill before and it was by far a lot worse of a taste. I haven't tried rubbing it thou...got a try ;)
