Vitacost Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix - Non-GMO Yellow Cake -- 17.42 oz (495 g)
My results when using this mix have all been good. Lemon cream cheese cupcakes were the best. I used the Vitacost gluten-free yellow cake mix, blending its instructions with a Betty Crocker recipe for lemon cream cheese bundt cake. It made 24 delicious cupcakes, enjoyed by several people, most of whom are able to consume gluten. One of the best features of this mix is the fact that it doesn't contain sugar like other gluten-free cake mixes, allowing me to sweeten it with honey, agave or coconut nectar, applesauce, or organic sugar.

By the time i added all ingredients i could make my own gluten free cake from scratch. Terrible taste ans smell. Better off buying gluten free flour and eggs or replacer and bake your own

Terrible cake mix
This cake was terrible. It calls for 6 eggs and two sticks of butter. It is dense when ti comes out of the oven and is even heavier after it cools. Since when is a cake mix just flour and you still have to add all the ingredients to make the cake..
This needs to be reformulated to be edible.

I made this and it turned out about 1" High and was like thick styrofoam but heavy as a rock. It said you could use other liquid than the milk it called for so I used Orange Juice so don't know if that is what happened but hate to pay for something that I had to throw in the garbage. I have a chocolate cake that I will follow using the milk and see if that one turns out better.
