Using a large, sharp knife cut ends off corn cobs so they’re flat.

Standing each corn cob up on one end, carefully cut them in into quarters lengthwise.

Add quartered corn cobs to large bowl and coat with extra virgin olive oil.

Season with garlic powder, za’atar, smoked paprika and fine sea salt. Make sure to toss corn as you season to ensure they are evenly coated.

Arrange seasoned corn cobs in single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry on high (approximately 375 degrees) 10-12 minutes.

While corn is cooking, melt unsalted butter in small pan. Add garlic and simmer 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Remove corn ribs from air fryer and place in large bowl. Pour garlic butter over corn and toss to coat.

Arrange on serving tray and garnish with parsley.
