Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. flap steak
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 shallot chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
Sauce
Instructions
  1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients for sauce. Set aside.
  2. In skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add shallots and sauté briefly, then add steak and cook 2 minutes per side before removing from pan.
  3. Set heat under skillet to medium, add broccoli and sauté 2-3 minutes, then add sauce to skillet.
  4. Slice steak and add to skillet, stir frying until cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Serve over cooked rice and top with sprinkle of sesame seeds.
