Instructions
  1. In saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Add butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips and condensed milk. Stir until fully melted.
  3. Add in walnuts and stir to combine.
  4. Pour mixture into 8-inch square pan lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt.
  6. Chill in refrigerator until solidified. Cut into squares to serve.
