  2. Portion half the pudding between two small mason jars. Add a dollop of coconut cream into each jar.
  3. Layer remaining pudding and coconut cream. Top with a drizzle of chocolate sauce if desired.
  4. Refrigerate 2-4 hours to firm up before serving,
