Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Spray 9”x7” baking pan with non-stick spray.

In a medium bowl, add dry ingredients and whisk to combine.

Add wet ingredients to dry and mix thoroughly. Batter will be thick.

Spoon batter into pan and smooth out evenly.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until brownies are dry around edges.

Allow to rest in pan for 5 minutes.

Gently place on wire rack and cool completely.

In small bowl, whisk together peanut butter and water until smooth.

After brownies have cooled completely, drizzle peanut butter mixture over each with a spoon, or fill a small sandwich bag to pipe it. Serve and have the camera ready!
