Instructions
  1. In medium bowl, combine yogurt, acai powder, honey and berries.
  2. Using spoon or ice cream scooper, spoon onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 3 hours or until set.
  3. In shallow bowl, melt cacao wafers and coconut oil in 30-second intervals until completely melted. Dip or drizzle chocolate onto yogurt bites.
  4. Sprinkle freeze-dried raspberries and chocolate over top (optional). Freeze for another 20-30 minutes or until chocolate has set.
  5. Allow yogurt bites to thaw for 15-30 minutes before enjoying.
