Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. Navitas Organics Acai Powder
- 1/2 cup blueberries chopped
- 1/2 cup strawberries chopped
- 1/2 cup raspberries chopped
- Freeze-dried raspberries optional
- Shredded coconut optional
Chocolate Coating
- 1 cup Navitas Organics Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
Instructions

In medium bowl, combine yogurt, acai powder, honey and berries.

Using spoon or ice cream scooper, spoon onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 3 hours or until set.

In shallow bowl, melt cacao wafers and coconut oil in 30-second intervals until completely melted. Dip or drizzle chocolate onto yogurt bites.

Sprinkle freeze-dried raspberries and chocolate over top (optional). Freeze for another 20-30 minutes or until chocolate has set.

Allow yogurt bites to thaw for 15-30 minutes before enjoying.
