  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Using a fork, poke 20 deep holes into the squash. Bake 45 minutes. Let cool; cut lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
  3. In pan over medium-high heat, cook bacon about 4 minutes per side; reserve. Remove all but 1 tablespoon of bacon fat from pan.
  4. In same pan, cook chicken in bacon fat. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  5. Roughly chop bacon and chicken.
  6. Without compromising the outer shell, remove all spaghetti squash. In large bowl, mix together squash, chicken and bacon. Scoop mixture back into shell; garnish with green onion.
