Ingredients
Lavender simple syrup
Matcha latte
Lavender maqui cream cold foam
Instructions
Lavender simple syrup
  1. Place all simple syrup ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to boil, immediately reduce heat and let simmer 5 minutes. Cover, remove from heat and let steep 20 minutes. Strain liquid through sieve into sealable container and place in fridge.
  2. Lavender maqui cream cold foam
  3. Add cold foam ingredients in order listed to small cup or bowl and mix with frother until thick and cream-like. Set aside.
Matcha latte
  1. Sift 1/2 tsp. matcha powder into bowl. Add hot water and whisk vigorously with whisk or frother until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Fill large glass with ice and add milk, 1-2 tsp. sweetener and prepared matcha, and mix to combine. Pour lavender cold foam over top and enjoy!
